For me this decade definitely belongs to Europe especially the United Kingdom, Due to the influence of the music industries.we have the New Wave, New Romantics, Punk, Rock and so on.The rise of Music Video(MV) also influenced the fashions.

Sweaters were big, baggy and bat-winged , tight legging, colorful combination.
