TEH C SPECIAL


This is the famous Sarawak Teh C special. for those of you who has not tried, go try it. this TCS is from Aromaz Kopitiam of Giant Plentong in Johor. it is very very aromatic and tasty. in Chinese they called it three layer tea obviously because it is comsists of three layers. the black layer is native sugar of sarawak, some kopitiam will use brown sugar to pass of as native sarawak sugar.it will taste funny with brown sugar, go for the real thing.the white layer is evaporated milk and the top part of course is tea. the quality of tea will also affect the overall taste. now they also have coffee c special, milo c special and so on...but still teh c special is the best, for me anyway.
